ABOUT ME!
I live on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia with my 3 awesome children. I can truly say
I love my life! I really do. I wake up most days excited! Yes, really!
How did I get here?
Through many years of self discovery (which actually means heaps of fall overs, trials, messy stuff, OMGs, and 'Did I really do/say/act that? (Hence the OMGs!).
Then one day it dawned on me and I finally realized that ...
Our lives are products of our choices generated via our thoughts.
Now it's time to give back! Or pay it forward. I realised my life’s passion and mission is to help and empower others to fine tune their thoughts (we are such random thinkers, over 50,000 thoughts a day!) and to ACHIEVE THEIR DREAMS. I found my true calling!
I knew I wanted to help others and to share what I'd learnt, however I wasn't exactly sure how I was going to do this or in which field of helping. My passion lay with helping those who really and deliberately wanted positive change and were ready to get it. To move forward. Then I discovered the profession of Life Coaching.
When people come to coaching, they come with change as their motivator!
I LOVE IT!
Based on positive psychology (Hope, Optimism, Well-Being, Future-Mindedness, Happiness, Mindfulness, etc.) and myself being a born optimist I intrinsically knew this was how I am to enjoy the rest of my life.
So I decided to get some credentials behind me to professionally help others. I enrolled into the nationally recognized and very prestigious Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP) completing a Diploma in Applied Social Science.
My frameworks are evidence based. They are empirically proven, with up to date information from relevant and valid research, theory and practice.
